Privileges were enabled or disabled inside an existing access token.
Event ID 4703 captures when a process calls `AdjustTokenPrivileges` to enable or disable specific rights (`PrivilegeList`) within an access token. For example, when malware or administrative scripts enable `SeDebugPrivilege` or `SeImpersonatePrivilege` before elevating privileges or dumping memory.
Failure Reason / Root Cause:
Token privilege modification (`AdjustTokenPrivileges` called by `ProcessName`).
