Event ID 8006 (`Microsoft-Windows-AppLocker/MSI and Script`) logs permitted execution of scripts and installer packages under AppLocker rule enforcement.

Failure Reason / Root Cause:

Script or MSI allowed to run by AppLocker script policy rule (`RuleName`).
