An attempt was made to recover a DPAPI backup protection master key.

// DETAILED TELEMETRY & CONTEXT:

Event ID 4693 logs when an entity requests domain backup master key recovery (`DPAPI Backup Master Key`). Domain Controllers store private keys that can decrypt DPAPI-protected data across any domain user account. Threat actors with domain admin privileges request this key (`DPAPI Domain Backup Key dumping`) to decrypt stored browser passwords, scheduled task credentials, and Wi-Fi secrets across the entire domain offline.
