An administrator recovered the system from the CrashOnAuditFail state.
// DETAILED TELEMETRY & CONTEXT:
When the high-security registry key `CrashOnAuditFail` is enabled, Windows automatically halts (BSOD) if a security audit event cannot be logged. Event ID 4621 logs when an administrator resets this state upon recovery.
