A process (`Application Name`) successfully bound and opened a local listening port (`TCP/UDP`).
// DETAILED TELEMETRY & CONTEXT:
Event ID 5158 logs when a local application binds to a network port (`Source Port`, `Protocol: TCP/UDP`). When threat actors deploy local command-and-control servers, reverse shells, or proxy relays (`netsh interface portproxy` or reverse SSH tunnels) on compromised endpoints, event `5158` captures the exact process (`Application Name`) and local port opened for listening.
